Installation Instructions

Windows

  1. Download the Windows zip file
  2. Extract the installer (.exe) from the zip file
  3. Run the extracted installer

Linux

  1. Download the Linux zip file
  2. Extract the AppImage from the zip file
  3. Make it executable: chmod +x CellSeg*.AppImage
  4. Double-click to run or launch from terminal
